Part-Time Law Firm Office Administrator

Berger, Williams & Reynolds, LLP is an employment law firm located in downtown San Diego. We have four attorneys and five staff members. We take pride in offering our employees a collegial, supportive, and rewarding work environment. Most of our employees have worked with us for many years.

The Administrator position reports to the firm’s three partners and is responsible for certain office management and human resource matters, financial management, and direct supervision of an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well organized, personable and enthusiastic, and confident communicating with the partners, employees, clients and vendors. Must be a proactive problem solver working with multiple priorities and deadlines. The position requires 25-35 hours per week, and we can accommodate a flexible work schedule.

Previous law firm administrative/billing/bookkeeping experience is necessary. Working knowledge of Quickbooks and Timeslips is preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration.

Compensation commensurate with experience. We offer a variety of benefits, including paid parking.
