Grimm Vranjes Greer Stephan & Bridgman LLP is seeking to add a part-time accountant to its administrative team.

Position requires 3 or more years accounting experience through financial statements.

Must be proficient in Windows 10, WORD and EXCEL, 2016 or above.  IT experience a plus but not required.  Will train on accounting software.

Must live in San Diego, California.  Must not be employed by another company.  This is a part-time position as an employee of the firm and may need to go to office on occasion.

Tasks include:

  • Balancing individual general ledger accounts
  • 401k Plan balancing via Excel Workbooks including linked worksheet data
  • Year-end 401k plan testing
  • Year-end interaction with Tax Accounting contact
  • Interaction with Billing Dept re accounting related issues
  • Document management system activities

This person will be setup to connect to office from home with laptop, printer and paper.
