San Diego based Law Firm, with 33 attorneys and growing is seeking an entry level individual to support our firm’s management team. The right candidate will have a variety of skills and the willingness to perform a range of tasks in a close-knit work environment. We are looking for someone eager to learn with a positive attitude and flexibility to take on new challenges.  This is not a remote or virtual position.  Candidate must be able to work full-time in our San Diego UTC office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Firm Administrator,  IT Manager, and Marketing Manager
  • Assist with Accounts payable / receivable
  • Assist preparing month-end reports
  • Assist managing databases
  • Assist with opening and closing all client matters
  • Assist in tracking and reporting contributions
  • Perform administrative functions as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
  • Ability to learn Legal Accounting and Document Management Software — PerfectLaw
  • Excellent oral and written communication
