The Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), San Diego Chapter, will license to you the contents of this Membership Directory (Directory) only if you accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license agreement. By opening, this Directory, you thereby accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
The Directory contains the names, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses of ALA members. This information is to be used for reference and limited contact of ALA members. The contents of this Directory may not, in whole or in part, be reproduced, copied, disseminated, entered into a computer database, used as part of or in connection with a mailing list, or otherwise utilized, in any form or manner or by any means, except for the user's individual, personal and confidential reference without ALA's prior written consent. User will not, at any time, permit any ALA member information to pass into the hands of any other person outside user's employer organization, association, or company. Any prohibited use by the user shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. For material breach of this Agreement, user will be liable to ALA for all damages (plus reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and expenses, including expenses incurred in investigation) and loss of income. The ALA membership listings may not be used in conjunction with any communication which, In the sole opinion of ALA, would tend to mislead, misinform or deceive or which Is distasteful In content or presentation. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
