Full time, non-exempt, hourly position, compensation based on experience.

Participation in profit sharing program.

Pro-active management of an active caseload of civil litigation and pre-litigation counseling and settlement matters.
Calendaring and management of deadlines.
Drafting and revising documents including discovery, demand letters, pleadings, correspondence, and motions.
Analyzing documents and evidence, preparing case chronologies.
Organizing documents and document databases for discovery.
Preparing demonstrative exhibits for trial.
Filing with court (federal and state) and communicating with court clerks.
Communicating with clients and with opposing counsel’s offices.
Assist with all aspects of trial preparation, from organizing exhibits to trial presentation.

Position Requirements:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA recognized paralegal program.
Minimum of three-years litigation experience, or meaningful experience in a similar role.
Solid understanding of civil procedure and state and federal court rules, and the ability to master local rules of court.
Outstanding computer skills and ability to work remotely and a high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
eDiscovery and Trial Director experience a plus.
Good judgment and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail in every aspect of the job.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Schedule:  7.5 hour shift plus overtime when needed
