Established downtown law firm is seeking an experienced corporate and business transactional attorney with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in advising clients with respect to entity formation, business startups, and general business matters. Minimum book of business of $350k +. Excellent academic credentials and writing skills required. Qualifications
- Graduated with a JD and/or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to the California Bar
- 10 years’ experience advising on corporate and business matters, handling business transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, highly organized, and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
- Minimum billable hour requirement is 1,850 hours per year
