SUMMARY:Membership Meeting
DESCRIPTION:WORK FROM HOME: Five Ways to Keep Your Remote Legal Teams Engaged\nFollowing the pandemic\, law firms are still navigating the issue of remote work policies and how to keep their staff engaged. Another challenge for employers is maintaining the firm’s culture while staff and attorneys are working remotely or hybrid. Please join us for a discussion as we explore strategies to keep our legal teams engaged. \nAbout the speaker: \nAbigail Parente\, Market Manager\nAbigail brings over 19 years of legal recruiting to the table. Beginning at the University of San Diego\, and moving on to an international law firm\, she began working at Eastridge (then known as Exclusively Legal) in 2000. She honed her skills in the San Diego market and then\, through referrals from satisfied clients\, expanded into the D.C.\, Los Angeles\, Bay Area\, Atlanta\, and Chicago markets. Abigail holds a bachelor’s from the University of Scranton\, as well as a master’s and paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego. For the past ten years\, Abigail has served as an adjunct professor in the ABA-approved paralegal program of the University of California San Diego Division of Extended Studies. Now in her role as Market Manager\, she advises candidates and employers on temporary hiring\, executive searches\, and direct hire in support of their goals.
