Legal Administrator

Grimm Vranjes & Greer LLP: We are a civil litigation firm with 12 attorneys, located in downtown San Diego. The firm culture is friendly and casual and includes an excellent benefits package. Our current administrator will be retiring later this year and we would like a person with at least 5-10 years’ law firm experience. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and occasionally with other Partners. The best candidate will have excellent computer and strong organizational skills. · Monthly accounting through financial statements

· Oversee monthly billing personnel and related workflow

· Accounts Receivable collections (primarily email contact with claims personnel)

· Accounts Payable – administrative expenses

· Vendor agreements – office administration

· ADP Payroll processing semi-monthly and all related documentation

· 401k uploads and year end balancing and testing

· Employment and Termination documentation and related systems activities

· Oversee Document Management system – limited duties

· E-bill appeals

· Banking and Bank Account management

· Daily and monthly reporting to Partners

· Year End collaboration with Accountant

· Website updates – provide changes to Webhost

· IT Helpdesk and communication with IT Vendor

· Other miscellaneous tasks
