Kristy Carbajal, Vice President of Adams & Martin Group, will be presenting “Trends in Legal Employment for 2021,” featuring a review of the major impact of the pandemic on the legal industry in 2020 and how firms are moving forward in new ways in 2021. Kristy will discuss current workforce trends in the San Diego market, how firms are adapting to a “new normal,” the impact on pay in the legal industry, and resources for effective management & recruitment going forward.
