2022 Diversity Event – BECOMING A MIGHTY LEADER
The San Diego Chapter, Association of Legal Administrators, in partnership with Platinum Business Partner Eastridge, is hosting a diverse panel of our distinguished peers in the legal community who will share their stories, discuss different aspects of inclusivity, and ways we can learn from one another to be better, mighty leaders and advocates for inclusiveness in our organizations.
Our panelists will discuss how they broke stereotypes and barriers to become leaders and powerhouses in their current organizations. The program will also discuss the state of workplace issues surrounding diverse attorneys, business partners and ALA members in the post-pandemic era.
