Our panelists are:

Kristy Carbajal, Vice President
Kristy Carbajal joined Adams & Martin Group in August 2005 and currently serves as Vice President. In this role, she is responsible for project and temporary staffing, direct hire business growth, hiring and training new employees, and developing large national accounts. During her tenure with our organization, Kristy has held several roles including recruitment, sales, branch management and her current national management role. She specializes in placing quality legal staff for many of the nation’s top firms and corporate legal departments. Prior to joining Adams & Martin Group, Kristy served as a recruiter for the UCLA Athletics department and as a paralegal for a law firm in Southern California. Kristy holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA.

Kathy Gershwind, Branch Manager
Kathy has 16 years of staffing experience, the last eight focused in legal staffing in major west coast markets; Seattle, San Francisco and San Diego. Currently she works with law firms and corporate legal departments throughout San Diego County to staff legal professionals on a temp, temp to hire, and direct-hire basis. Kathy is active in multiple associations, including the Association of Legal Administrators, San Diego Paralegal Association, Lawyers Club, and San Diego Legal Secretary Association. In addition she is a frequent guest speaker at UCSD paralegal program discussing job seekers career success. Kathy is an avid dog lover and has a thirteen-year-old English Bulldog, TuggieRoo.
