My client (one of my very favorites!) in beautiful San Diego is seeking an accomplished, professional law firm Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all facets of HR for staff and attorneys in their thriving office of approximately fifty-five employees. Position responsibilities include staff recruitment, employee relations, counsel and mentorship for all supervisors, use and maintenance of their HRIS system, oversight of LOAS, onboarding and orientation, performance management, labor, and employment law compliance and more. For the higher-level component of the role, the HR Manager will contribute to the constant quest for heightened efficiencies and play a role in strategy. Opportunities to work on firm-wide projects with an exceptional HR team will also be available.

Requirements:

6+ years in an HR management role at a law firm (or other professional service firm) and preferably mid or large sized firm.  May consider motivated candidates who are currently in a Sr. HR supervisory role who are prepared to take a step up into management.  Preference for a four-year degree and/or equivalent professional experience.  HR certifications are also desired.

Compensation and benefits are excellent.  Projected range for compensation is up to $180K and will be based on the depth and length of experience for the prevailing candidate.
